📋 What was this drill?

Drill: Command palette: ⌘K palette with keyboard nav (↑↓ Enter Esc), grouped results, fuzzy match, footer hints. Must work without mouse.

Interpretation: Built as 'Skerry Wind', a wind-farm SCADA ops console with the palette floating over a dimmed fleet register. Fresh v4 variable: a live right detail pane that previews the selected row's entity (turbine KPIs, trip/service notes, action scope) and hides cleanly at ≤880px. Dark flat luminance ladder, amber accent contracted to user-intent only; every count and KPI renders from one seeded dataset so all five surfaces reconcile.

Seeded demo state
One frame proves the mechanics
Query re is live in the input and selection sits on fault turbine T-04 — so the render itself shows non-consecutive fuzzy marks, group counts, the alias→↵ chip swap, and the detail pane populated, without a single interaction.
Accent contract
Amber marks user intent only
The accent appears on exactly five things: query marks, the selected row fill and edge bar, the ↵ chip, the input caret, and the detail eyebrow. Statuses, badges, and the entire dimmed backdrop stay neutral or semantic — no amber outside intent.
Describe-first audit
One dataset, five surfaces
Group headers, input meta, the KPI strip, the register table, and the detail pane all render from the same seeded arrays — counts and subtitles cannot drift from the data they index. Total output, alarm count, and wind mean are computed, never hardcoded.
